ClawExperts Sales Agent Mascot
Sales Agent is ClawExperts' first AI sales employee, answering customers directly on Facebook Messenger, Zalo and website chat, looking up real catalog data, and knowing when to hand a conversation off to a person. An AI system that's otherwise invisible needed a face, so people could tell at a glance which agent they were talking to, and trust that the agent knew its own limits.
I built the character around the claw stroke already in the ClawExperts logo: three tufts of hair rising in the shape of a claw, a small tail on the left cheek that keeps the head reading as a chat bubble, and a spark standing in for the right earcup, turning a familiar headset detail into something only Sales Agent owns. The silhouette carries the identity on its own, recognizable even from a distance or shrunk down to an icon.
The character's personality is tied directly to eight real operating states, from idle and thinking to insight found, warning or deal confirmed. Every state keeps the same soft, neutral face, even when flagging an error, so the character guides rather than looks upset. The same character shows up in several forms, full body on a landing page, a status icon inside the product, line art on merchandise, without redesigning it for each touchpoint.
Sales Agent is the first character in a larger mascot family: the same silhouette DNA, chat origin and spark are shared, so every future agent gets its own face while still reading immediately as part of ClawExperts. One character gives an otherwise invisible AI system a face people can trust.
