Team

Led a five-person design team for TopCV

HR Tech Conference is TopCV's annual event and one of the largest in Vietnam's recruitment industry. It serves several goals at once: connecting businesses with the TA and HR community, opening booths and speaker slots to partners, and reinforcing TopCV's leading position in the market. In 2023 the conference ran as a hybrid event at Vinpearl Landmark 81, around the theme of digitalizing talent management.

I developed the art direction around a connected talent ecosystem in motion: a future city inside a digital globe, a handshake formed from a network, and TopCV's signature green expressed as orbiting bands. Selected by TopCV's CEO from the team's proposed routes, this direction was refined through successive reviews with him into the final key visual. Its core elements left room for partners, speakers and individual sessions while keeping the event recognisable as TopCV.

A five-person design team extended this direction across campaign communications, stage content, venue graphics and on-site touchpoints for 800+ business and HR leaders and 16 speakers. Design reviews and production oversight retained the same visual language: TopCV green, the globe structure and orbiting bands. A theme about digitalisation developed from a visual direction into a space attendees could walk into.
