GoGoX is a delivery platform born in Hong Kong, ten years old and present in five countries before entering Vietnam. A launch key visual had already been developed but stalled halfway: it didn't show that GoGoX had just arrived in Vietnam, didn't tell where the company came from, and didn't express the three strengths the brand stands on: fast, safe and affordable (Fast, Good, Cheap).
I rebuilt the main key visual to tell the whole story in one frame: the bear mascot steps out of the Hong Kong skyline, past a "Vietnam" road sign and boxes marked with the Vietnamese flag, with the GoGoX truck fleet behind it. The origin and the arrival are carried by the image, so the headline only has to say one thing: complete delivery that saves money.
The system then rolled out by the cargo GoGoX specializes in, bulky goods that need careful handling such as furniture, home electrics, farm produce, building materials and textiles, under the headline "Bulky goods? Leave them to GoGoX". The mascot, the fleet and the row of category icons hold the same positions across every format. A stalled key visual became a launch story that carries both the brand's origin and its promise.
