L'Oréal: Vichy & La Roche-Posay
Running Vichy and La Roche-Posay in parallel through promo cycles without their visual codes bleeding together.
- Objective
- Run two dermocosmetic brands in parallel through monthly promo cycles without their visual codes bleeding together
- Role
- Multi-brand Art Direction & Design
- Responsibilities
- Translating briefs into local-market visuals · Guarding each brand's global guideline · Monthly banners, social & POSM
Vichy and La Roche-Posay both sit under L'Oréal's dermocosmetic division, same client but running on two separate global identity systems, each with its own audience and product focus. The work started from client briefs and each brand's existing global guideline, with every local-market visual required to stay clinically clear and product-focused.
I ran both brands in parallel over the same period, keeping each one's visual code, tone and product focus clearly separated even though they shared the same production pipeline. One leaned into Vichy's thermal-spa language, the other held La Roche-Posay's clinical, pharmacy-grade tone.
Output for both brands moved continuously across multiple promotional cycles each month, from banners and social assets to point-of-sale material, always checked back against each brand's global guideline before going to market. Running two brands in parallel became a discipline of its own: staying within the system while keeping each one legible as itself.
