Created a chibi shipper mascot for 247 Express to give the logistics brand a more recognizable and approachable character.

Rather than relying only on its corporate identity, the mascot introduced a human and friendly touchpoint that could represent the delivery experience across brand communications, helping make a functional service category feel more relatable and memorable.
